Our Story
Mermaid Winery started with a simple conviction: that exceptional wine doesn't need to come from far away. Nestled in Norfolk, we set out to produce small-batch wines that reflect the character of the land and the care of our hands.
Every vintage begins with carefully selected grapes and ends with a bottle you can feel proud to share. We don't rush the process — fermentation takes the time it takes, and we let the fruit do the talking. The result is wine that's honest, approachable, and distinctly ours.
